Earlier this year, Connected DMV's Regional Economic Development Strategy (REDS) Steering Committee released a critical report laying the foundation for a long-term collaborative framework to improve the competitive advantage of the DMV. It was the first time that leaders across academia, industry, the public sector, nonprofits, and philanthropy came together to lay out equitable economic development goals and guiding principles for the region.
