As the leader of @garotaspodem, Giovanna has focused on ending menstrual poverty in Brazil. This past January, she and her club worked with regional politicians to approve bill 6779/21, which distributes free menstrual products to girls in public schools. The campaign, “Cadê Meu Absorvente” [Where is my pad], gained over a thousand signatures to pressure the government to implement the bill. ????
