Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo cauliflower makes the perfect lunch or appetizer to share with friends. Super easy to make at home too! What's your favorite plant-forward dish? Servings: 12 (1 cup servings) Ingredients: Cauliflower, Fresh Florets 4 lbs Garbanzo Bean Flour 2 cup Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp Paprika, Ground 1/2 tsp Water 2 cup Olive Oil 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce, Frank's Red Hot 1 cup Mayo, Vegan 1/2 cup 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut cauliflower into florets and rinse. Drain well. 2. Combine garbanzo flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika and water to make the batter. Whisk until combined. Dip cauliflower in batter and place baking sheets lined with parchment paper, in a single layer without touching. 3. Spray the tops with a bit of oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops start to get golden brown and crisp 4. Combine Buffalo Sauce and vegan mayo in a bowl. Pull cauliflower out of the oven and add them to bowl with sauce and toss to coat. Put them back into oven for another 5 minutes to crisp back up. Remove from oven and serve hot.
