In this week’s episode, we are highlighting Caritas Anchor House, a homelessness hostel in Newham, London. The team are using funds from the @National Emergencies Trust #NETCoronavirusAppeal to provide food and a safe place to stay for 140 people.
Many of the people staying at @caritasanchorhouse had lost their jobs due to Covid-19, funds distributed by @EastEndCommunityFoundation ensure residents have shelter and support in an area with one of the highest homeless populations in the UK.
