Free Your Feels is a mental health awareness campaign encouraging Georgia's young people to explore their real feelings and share them fearlessly. Our goal is to empower youth to speak out and express their real feelings, encourage adults and peers to check-in with each other and listen judgment-free, and to connect everyone to resources for further guidance or help.
Help get the conversations about feelings started! Take the samples below and put your own twist on them every Friday of the month for #FreeYourFeelsFriday. Engage your networks and followers to continue discussions throughout the month.
